Welcome to Forest Reach Boarding Cattery. We are set in a beautiful, secluded, oriental style garden in Dinnington, near Sheffield, in Yorkshire. We welcome cats from a wide geographical area to our spacious, warm and secure accommodation, which is flexibly designed so that cats from the same family can be boarded together.

Each guest has an insulated bedroom with its own heater and thermostat and views of the garden. We cater for cats on special diets, and all cats receive individual attention with free cuddles readily available from our experienced team.

All days are paid for including “day in” and “day out” unless collected before 12 noon when no charge is made as we still have time to sanitise the cabin for the next guest.

About Us
Forest Reach Cattery was opened in 2004, and has become very popular with cat owners throughout the region.
Owners, John and Joan Kent, have been licenced for animal boarding since 1988 and have built up a good relationship with clients, many of whom have become friends.
The Oriental style garden setting is peaceful with many visiting birds, squirrels,rabbits and sometimes foxes. The cabins are well insulated, heated in winter and cool in the summer. There is a window in the bedroom as well so cats can see the garden from their bed.
In 2018 new licensing regulations came into force allocating star ratings. We are proud to say that we achieved a 5 star top rating! The only cattery in this licensing area to achieve it. Have a look at this page to find out more.
